I am quite pleased with my purchase of the pre-owned Infinity. It is truly a great car. I am very satisfied and not only because of the great price and fine condition of the car. I am very glad to have done business with an honest, experienced, and proficient pre-owned car dealer such as you. The treatment I received at your business was on par with the courtesy, consideration, and respect that I've only seen at high-end new car dealerships

I am the first to admit that I am a tough sell. My objective was to find a pre-owned car in the "Like New" condition for rock-bottom price. Before visiting your business I'd been car shopping for several days with no success finding a good clean car at a great price.

My experience at other car dealers was quite "stereotypical." Many of the cars were quite worn, the sales staff less than comforting, and the pricing far too high. I grew quite weary of the feeling that I was being "sold" , rushed, pushed, deceived, and "processed" . Many of the cars I'd seen had obvious defects yet were priced at top dollar. Moreover these dealers refused to seriously negotiate on the junk they were selling.

My experience at your business was far superior. My first impression from your photo documentation of the Infinity and the great price felt just "too good". However during our brief telephone conversation you showed me consideration and respect. My decision to drive 3 hours from Raleigh was then easy.  Upon arriving at your business I found the Infinity was everything you depicted on your web-site and better. Purchasing the car was then an easy decision. I am very satisfied.

While waiting for my financing to process I browsed your lot and discovered that your entire inventory was in excellent condition like my Infinity. Also your cars are of a variety of styles: sedans, coups, pick-ups, mini-vans, etc. and all in the right colors. Your business might be described as a "pre-owned automotive boutique" . I will not hesitate to refer any one contemplating a purchase to your business. You have the car for every need and every buyer.

About ten years ago I made a “long distance purchase” of a car that was a very negative experience. I know you can understand that I was cautious about making another long distance deal. In this case, you made the transaction a positive experience. You correctly described the condition of car without any embellishment, you cooperated in having the car checked out, you had all the documents ready and you made the transaction a simple process. The bottom line is that I believe you are a good person and that you operate your dealership in an honest manner. I am comfortable recommending Rollin Motors to prospective buyers.
